EMPLOYEE NOT REGISTERED OR AVAILABLE. In the event the named employee is not registered or not available for work or not willing to accept a dispatch at the time of the receipt of a written request under this Article, the Union shall notify the Individual Employer as soon as possible, and the forty-eight (48) hour period provided in this Article shall not commence to run until receipt by the Union of either a request for an un-named employee or a further request under this Article for a named employee who is registered and available for work at the time of the receipt of the written request.
