Employee Notice of Reclassification Study Results. Whenever an employee’s position is the subject of a reclassification study, through a position audit under Subd. 1., the Employer shall notify the employee of the results of the study. The Association shall receive a copy of the notice. The notice shall also include language informing the employee of his/her right to appeal the results, the length of time the employee has to file the appeal, and the specific Civil Service Rule under which the employee may file. Upon request, the employee shall receive a copy of the main report supporting the results.
