Employee Notification to Report. Employees who are required to possess a CDL will be notified in writing by a member of management to report to the appropriate testing site to provide a sample. An employee who is given firm notice to report and fails to report or refuses to report will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including discharge. Employees who are required to possess a CDL and are formally notified to report to the testing location are expected to report promptly. Transportation to the collection site shall be available through the Company.
