EMPLOYEE RATIOS. 400 EMPLOYEE RATIOS AND SUPERVISON Each Employer operating under this Section of the Collective Agreement shall employ at least one (1) Communication Electrician or Communication Tech- nician (Network Cabling Specialist) Xxxxxxx. For each Communication Electrician and/or Commu- nication Technician (Network Cabling Specialist) Xxxxxxx employed the Employer is permitted to employ up to five (5) employees at a lower classifi- cation. This shall be a shop ratio. On all jobs requiring five (5) or more employees’ one member shall be a Communication Technician (Network Cabling Specialist) Xxxxxxx. A Communi- cation Technician (Network Cabling Specialist) Xxxxxxx shall not supervise more than twenty (20) employees on any one job.
