EMPLOYEE RELATIONS COUNCIL. The parties agree to establish a standing Employee Relations Council. The Council will consider matters relating to technological change, employee relations and contract issues and make recommendations to the parties as appropriate. The Council will consist of an equal number of representatives from the Company and the Association. Each of the parties will name its own representatives to the Council and may change its representatives at any time. The parties will use their best efforts to ensure that their representatives are also members of their respective bargaining committees. The Company and the Association will each nominate one of their representatives to be a chairperson of the Council. The Council will meet at the call of the and may establish its own procedures and practices.
