Employee Relocation Costs. 2.3.1 Except as provided in clause 2.3.3 of this Accounting Procedure, Paltar's cost of employees' relocation to or from an assignment with the Operations, whether within or outside the Country of Operations and whether permanently or temporarily assigned to the Operations, shall be chargeable to the Operating Account. If such employee works on other activities in addition to Operations, such relocation costs shall be allocated on an equitable basis.
