Employee Rights to Materials Copyrighted. by the Employer Where the University holds the copyright pursuant to Article 9.4.2(b), the employee(s) shall have the right to use in perpetuity, free of charge, such copyrighted material. The employee may amend and update the copyrighted material with the approval of the University. Such approval will not be unreasonably withheld.
