Employee Suspended or On Strike. If an employee is suspended or on strike, hospital-surgical-medical- drug-vision-hearing aid coverages (but not dental expense coverage) provided under Section 1 will be continued at the sole expense of the Company for 1 month following the month in which the suspension or strike commenced.

  • Debarment and Suspension A. The Contractor certifies by entering into this Contract that neither it nor its principals nor any of its subcontractors are presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible or voluntarily excluded from entering into this Contract by any federal agency or by any department, agency or political subdivision of the State of Indiana. The term “principal” for purposes of this Contract means an officer, director, owner, partner, key employee or other person with primary management or supervisory responsibilities, or a person who has a critical influence on or substantive control over the operations of the Contractor.

  • TERM, TERMINATION & SUSPENSION The Company may terminate this Agreement with You at any time for any reason, with or without cause. The Company specifically reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if You violate any of the terms outlined herein, including, but not limited to, violating the intellectual property rights of the Company or a third party, failing to comply with applicable laws or other legal obligations, and/or publishing or distributing illegal material.   • Service Termination, Cancellation, or Suspension If you wish to cancel the Service, you may contact us as set forth in Section 6 of the General Terms above. Any payment(s) that have begun processing before the requested cancellation date will be processed by us. Contractor specifically covenants that neither the Contractor or its principals, its sub-contractors or their principals, or the sub-recipients (if applicable) or their principals are included on the Excluded Parties List System (“EPLS”) maintained by the General Services Administration (“GSA”).
