Debarment/Suspension. Contractor is prohibited from making any award or permitting any award at any tier to any party which is debarred or suspended or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation in federal assistance programs under Executive Order 12549, Debarment and Suspension. Contractor and its subcontractors shall comply with the Certification Requirements for Recipients of Grants and Cooperative Agreements Regarding Debarments and Suspensions.
Debarment/Suspension. A contract award must not be made to parties listed on the governmentwide exclusions in the System for Award Management (XXX), in accordance with OMB guidelines at 2 C.F.R. 180. XXX Exclusions contains the names of parties debarred, suspended, or otherwise excluded by agencies, as well as parties declared ineligible under statutory or regulatory authority other than Executive Order 12549. This contract is a covered transaction for purposes of 2 C.F.R. pt. 180 and 2 C.F.R. pt. 3000. As such, THE CONTRACTOR is required to verify that none of THE CONTRACTOR’s principals (defined at 2 C.F.R. § 180.995) or its affiliates (defined at 2 C.F.R. § 180.905) are excluded (defined at 2 C.F.R. § 180.940) or disqualified (defined at 2 C.F.R. § 180.935). THE CONTRACTOR must comply with 2 C.F.R. pt. 180, subpart C and2 C.F.R. pt. 3000, subpart C, and must include a requirement to comply with these regulations in any lower tier covered transaction it enters into. This certification is a material representation of fact relied upon by City of Baton Rouge / Parish of East Baton Rouge. If it is later determined that THE CONTRACTOR did not comply with 2 C.F.R. pt. 180, subpart C and 2 C.F.R. pt. 3000, subpart C, in addition to remedies available to City of Baton Rouge / Parish of East Baton Rouge, the Federal Government may pursue available remedies, including but not limited to suspension and/or debarment. The bidder or CONTRACTOR agrees to comply with the requirements of 2 C.F.R. pt. 180, subpart C and 2 C.F.R. pt. 3000, subpart C while this offer is valid and throughout the period of any contract that may arise from this offer. The bidder or CONTRACTOR further agrees to include a provision requiring such compliance in its lower tier covered transactions. THE CONTRACTOR shall submit a Federal Debarment Certification to assure compliance with the aforementioned regulation.

PROVIDER and its subcontractors shall comply with the special provision “Certification Requirements for Recipients of Grants and Cooperative Agreements Regarding Debarments and Suspensions”.

Part 180), the Subrecipient agrees and certifies that neither it, nor its principals, is presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction by any Federal department or agency; and, that the Subrecipient shall not enter into any lower tier contract, or other covered transaction, with a person who is similarly debarred or suspended from participating in this covered transaction, unless authorized in writing by the RESTORE Council to the Consortium. The Subrecipient is responsible for reviewing the status of all proposed subcontractors and sub-awardees in the System for Award Management (XXX) at xxxxx://xxx.xxx/XXX/ before entering into any subcontract or sub-award under this Agreement. The Subrecipient shall include language incorporating the requirements of this section in all subcontracts or lower tier agreements executed to support the Subrecipient's work under this Agreement.

PERFORMING PARTY is prohibited from making any award or permitting any award at any tier to any party which is debarred or suspended or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation in federal assistance programs under Executive Order 12549, Debarment and Suspension. PERFORMING PARTY and its subcontractors shall comply with the special provision “Certification Requirements for Recipients of Grants and Cooperative Agreements Regarding Debarments and Suspensions,” which is included as Appendix B of this agreement.
Debarment/Suspension. Contractor certifies that neither it nor its principals are presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, or declared ineligible by any governmental entity. Contractor shall notify USBE within 30 days if debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in any contract by any governmental entity during this Contract.

CITY is prohibited from making any award or permitting any award at any tier to any party which is debarred or suspended or otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation in federal assistance programs under Executive Order 12549, Debarment and Suspension. CITY and its subcontractors shall comply with the special provision “Certification Requirements for Recipients of Grants and Cooperative Agreements Regarding Debarments and Suspensions” which is included as Exhibit C of this agreement.
Debarment/Suspension. Neither Supplier nor its principals are presently debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment by the U.S. government (see FAR 52.209-6);
Debarment/Suspension. CONTRACTOR hereby certifies to the best of its knowledge that neither it nor any of its principals to be used in the performance of this Agreement is presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible or voluntarily excluded from covered transactions by any federal department or agency. CONTRACTOR further certifies that to the best of its knowledge, neither it nor any of its officers or principals, has been indicted, charged, or convicted of fraud or of a criminal offense in connection with obtaining, attempting to obtain, or performing public transaction or contract, violation of federal or state antitrust statues, or commission of embezzlement, theft forgery, bribery, falsification or destruction of records, making false statements, or receiving stolen property.
