Employee Welfare Benefit Fund Reopener. 9.6.1 In the event that an employee welfare benefit fund or trust is established pursuant to Education Code Section 44039.5(a), and either party to this agreement desires to have the District become a participant employer in such fund or trust, either party shall have the right to reopen this Agreement for the specific purpose of negotiation concerning the District's participation in such fund or trust.
