The Employee acknowledges that he has read and understands the foregoing and that the Employer has advised him that this Agreement substantially alters and supersedes the Employee's rights at common law. The Employee specifically acknowledges that the Employer has advised him to seek independent legal advice prior to executing this Agreement.
