Common use of Employee’s Address and Telephone Clause in Contracts

Employee’s Address and Telephone. It shall be the duty of the employee to notify the Company's Human Resources office promptly, in writing, of any change in her/his address and telephone number. If any employee fails to do this, the Company shall not be responsible for the failure of any notice to reach her/him and any notice which is sent to the address which appears in the Company's personnel records shall be conclusively deemed to have been received by the employee on the third day after it was so sent.
