Employees and Dependent Insurance Coverage. YCOE will offer a plan of insurance which includes medical, dental, life and vision insurance. Changes in carriers or providers shall be subject to negotiations between the parties. If YCOE is unable to continue in a current plan and the parties are unable to reach agreement on a new plan within thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date, the YCOE shall have the right to select a new plan with comparable benefits.
