Employees and Subcontractors. SUBCONTRACTING: Contractor may subcontract work in whole or in part with the City’s advance written consent. City reserves the right to withhold consent if subcontractor is deemed irresponsible and/or subcontracting may negatively affect performance. All subcontracts shall comply with the underlying Contract. Contractor is responsible for Contract performance whether or not subcontractors are used.
