Common use of Employee’s Car Clause in Contracts

Employee’s Car. When an employee is directed by the appropriate supervisor to use the employee’s own vehicle for Town business, the Town shall reimburse the employee at the then current mileage rate set by the Internal Revenue Service. Labor Crew Leader will retain the current auto benefit.
