Common use of Employees Eligible for Conversion Clause in Contracts

Employees Eligible for Conversion. Employee" as used in this Article is defined as any employee who: A. Has been employed by the Dayton Board of Education continuously for a period of at least five (5) years prior to the date of retirement; B. Accrues sick leave pursuant to the provisions of the Revised Code of Ohio; and C. Is eligible to receive a retirement pension benefit as a result of employment by the Dayton Board of Education pursuant to the provisions of the Revised Code of Ohio; and D. Retirees from the employment of the Dayton Board of Education after the effective date of this CONTRACT.
