Employees hired after October 3, 1991. It shall be a condition of employment that all Nurses hired on or after October 3, 1991, shall, within thirty (30) days after the beginning date of such employment, either become and remain members of CRONA or comply with the provisions of paragraph 5.2.1 below, for the duration of this Agreement, except as provided below.
