Employees in receipt of a RIF notice. shall have the right to review pertinent retention registers and applicable RIF regulations. In viewing these documents, the employee shall have the right to be accompanied by a representative of the Local Union and both persons shall be afforded official time for this purpose, if otherwise in a duty status.
