EMPLOYEES KILLED ON DUTY. To provide that the widow/widower or dependent of an employee who is killed in the course of duty would be eligible for the following considerations: (a) The maintenance of the salary of the employee’s position to the widow/widower or dependent child (as defined by the Workplace Safety Insurance Board) including regular adjustments as negotiated on an annual basis.
