Common use of Employees' Lunch Period Clause in Contracts

Employees' Lunch Period. A lunch period of thirty (30) minutes without pay shall be allowed to each employee working a shift of seven and a half (7.5) or more hours at approximately midway in the shift. If an employee is interrupted during their lunch period they will be allowed to return to the lunchroom to finish their remaining time.
