Common use of Employee's Notice Clause in Contracts

Employee's Notice. Employee shall have the right, upon prior written notice of termination of not less than thirty (30) days, to terminate his employment hereunder. In such event, Employee shall have no right after the date of termination to compensation or other benefits as provided in this Agreement, unless such termination is for "good reason", as defined in Section 9(e) herein.
