Common use of Employees of the Fire Prevention Branch Clause in Contracts

Employees of the Fire Prevention Branch. Public Education Branch or Academy of Fire and Emergency Services are allowed to use up to a maximum of ten (10) days of the annual leave, one-half (.5), one (1) or two (2) days at a time providing they have forty (40) hours or less of accumulated overtime and there is sufficient staff to operate the Branch. Payment in Lieu of Vacation and Holidays
