EMPLOYEES SYSTEM CERTIFIED AS PARAMEDICS. A. Any full-time regular employee who is system certified as a Paramedic shall receive additional compensation in the amount of three dollars and eight cents ($3.08) per hour. Full-time regular employees who are system approved and providing advanced life support level care, but who may not be fully system certified will receive additional compensation in the amount of one dollar ($1.00) per hour. Any employee who completes probation after August 20, 2009 will be paid in accordance with pay range F07.
