Employees Who Elect Not To Transfer. Employees who are offered substantially similar employment with the new employer and who reject the offer will be deemed to have voluntarily resigned from the employer as at the date of transmission, and will not be entitled to be paid notice, severance pay, or untaken sick leave pay.
