Employer Information. A. The Board agrees to furnish to HEA/United without charge upon request information which is considered "public record" as well as information that may be necessary to process any grievance or complaint. Should the request for a computer generated report or program result in added cost to the Board, the Union shall agree to pay reasonable costs incurred.
