Common use of Employer Rights and Obligations Clause in Contracts

Employer Rights and Obligations. a. All of the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall be binding upon all enterprises in the apparel industry as identified by Article 1.d. In the event of a sale or transfer of the business by any enterprise covered by this agreement, the complete performance of the terms and provisions of this Agreement shall also be transferred to the purchaser or transferee.

In the event of a sale or transfer of the business by any industrial enterprise and company covered by the provisions of this agreementContract, the complete performance full implementation of the terms and provisions conditions of this Agreement Contract shall also be transferred to the purchaser or transferee.
