EMPLOYER TRANSFER OF EMPLOYEES. 5.1.1 The Employer may transfer employees to meet the necessities of the business, as long as in so doing, he does not exceed the transfer-travel limits set forth below. Reasonable tolerance of these time limits shall be allowed for temporary transfers such as vacation relief and store openings. For good and sufficient reason, an employee may refuse a transfer from the jurisdictional area of one Local Union to another.
