Employer's Ownership. All instruments, equipment, furniture, furnishings, supplies, products, samples, forms, charts, logs, brochures, client records, procedures, contracts and any other property, materials or information furnished by Employer are and shall remain the sole property of Employer. Upon termination of this Agreement, Employee shall return all such property to Employer.
