If the Employer's Plan fails to qualify or to maintain qualification or if the Employer makes any amendment or modification to a provision of this Plan (other than a proper completion of an elective provision under the Adoption Agreement or the attachment of an addendum authorized by the Plan or by the Adoption Agreement), the Employer may no longer participate under this Master Plan.
