Common use of Employment Acceptance Clause in Contracts

Employment Acceptance. The Company hereby agrees to employ the Senior Vice President and the Senior Vice President hereby accepts employment as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
