Common use of Employment and Plan Liabilities Clause in Contracts

Employment and Plan Liabilities. It is understood and agreed that neither AlliedSignal nor Buyer is assuming any obligations or liabilities arising under any Plan (except to the extent provided in Section 8.2(d) above 8.2(g) below) or as a result of any Employee's or Former Employee's employment with, or termination of employment, from Sellers, and Sellers shall remain responsible for any such obligations and liabilities.
