Common use of Employment and Position Clause in Contracts

Employment and Position. The Company hereby agrees to employ the Executive as set forth in the next succeeding sentence, and the Executive hereby accepts such employment, upon the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Executive shall serve as Senior Vice President - Corporate Finance of the Company and shall report to the President and Chief Executive Officer and shall have such other duties consistent with such office, as from time to time may be prescribed by the President and Chief Executive Officer.
