Employment Claims and Litigation. Claims and litigation by or relating to Ralcorp Employees and former Ralcorp Employees who are not Post Employees shall be retained by Ralcorp or a member of the Ralcorp Group. Claims and litigation by or relating to Post Employees and former Post Employees who are not Ralcorp Employees shall be retained by Post or a member of the Post Group.
