Common use of Employment Commencement Date Clause in Contracts

Employment Commencement Date. Executive commenced employment with the Company on November 7, 2016 (the “Commencement Date”). From and after such date, the Company agrees to employ Executive, and Executive agrees to be employed by the Company. With effect from the Effective Date, Executive agrees to be employed by the Company pursuant the terms of this Agreement and continuing for the period of time set forth in Article III, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

From and after such date, the Company agrees to employ Executive, and Executive agrees to be employed by the Company. With effect from the Effective Date, Executive agrees pursuant to be employed by the Company pursuant the terms of this Agreement and continuing for the period of time set forth in Article III, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

From and after such date, the Company agrees to employ Executive, and Executive agrees to be employed by the Company. With effect from on the Effective Date, Executive agrees to be employed by the Company pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and continuing for the period of time set forth in Article III, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

From ) and, from and after such date, the Company agrees to employ Executive, and Executive agrees to be employed by the Company. With effect from the Effective Date, Executive agrees pursuant to be employed by the Company pursuant the terms of this Agreement and continuing for the period of time set forth in Article III, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

From and after such date, the Company agrees to employ Executive, and Executive agrees to be employed by the Company.
