Common use of Employment Compensation Clause in Contracts

Employment Compensation. Set forth in Schedule 3.12 of the Disclosure Schedule is a true and correct list of: (a) All employees to whom the Company is paying compensation; and in the case of salaried employees such list identifies the current annual rate of compensation for each employee and in the case of hourly or commission employees identifies certain reasonable ranges of rates and the number of employees falling within each such range; (b) All amounts owed to employees of the Company (including the Sellers) for accrued sick pay, vacation pay, and bonus pay.
