Common use of Employment Eligibility; Subcontractors, Consultants, Sub-subcontractors and Subconsultants Clause in Contracts

Employment Eligibility; Subcontractors, Consultants, Sub-subcontractors and Subconsultants. To the same extent and under the same conditions as Consultant, Consultant shall require all of its subcontractors, consultants, sub-subcontractors and subconsultants performing any work or Services relating to the Project or this Agreement to make the same verifications and comply with all requirements and restrictions provided for in Section 3.2.9.1.
