Employment; Employment Period. (a)The Company hereby agrees to continue to employ the Executive as Chief Financial Officer, and the Executive hereby agrees to such employment, during the period and upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement to the contrary, this Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and will remain in effect through October 31, 2025 (the “Employment Period”).
