Common use of Employment for Term Clause in Contracts

Employment for Term. The Company employs Executive, and Executive hereby accepts employment with the Company, beginning on September 26, 2001, and renewing automatically on an annual basis until terminated pursuant to Section 7 below (the “Term”).
