Employment Information Report. An electronic list that includes the following information for all members who have been employed in the current academic year will be provided to the Union on or before September 15th, September 30th, October 31st, November 30th, January 15th, January 31st, March 31st, May 31st and July 31st each year: employee number; name; contract number(s); start date; end date; job title; department; faculty; course; academic session; academic duration; rate of pay; number of stipends or hours, as appropriate; and total dollar value of contract.
