EMPLOYMENT LIABILITY. 20.1 The Supplier shall both during and after the Contract Period on demand indemnify and keep indemnified and hold harmless each Commissioning Body from and against all Losses which each Commissioning Body may suffer or incur as a result of: 20.1.1 all Employee Liabilities that may arise as a result of any claims brought against a Commissioning Body by any person where such claim arises from any act or omission of the Supplier or any of its Personnel; and/or 20.1.2 any income tax, national insurance and social security contributions and any other liability deduction, contribution, assessment or claim arising from or made in connection with the employment or engagement by the Supplier of its Personnel in the provision of the Services.
