PREAMBLE/PURPOSE. Section 1.1 The Agreement entered into by the Columbiana County Board of Developmental Disabilities (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer,” “CCBDD” or “Board”), and the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Education Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”) (collectively the “Parties”) has as its purpose the following:
A. to achieve and maintain a satisfactory and stabilized Employer-employee relationship and to promote improved work performance;
B. to provide for the peaceful and equitable adjustment of differences which may arise;
C. to attract and retain qualified employees by providing benefits compatible with the financial resources of the Employer;
D. to assure the effectiveness of services by providing an opportunity for employees to meet with the Employer either individually or through their representatives to exchange views and opinions on policies and procedures affecting the conditions of their employment, subject to the Ohio Revised Code, State and Federal laws, and the Constitutions of the State of Ohio and the United States of America;
E. to ensure the right of every employee to fair and impartial treatment; and
F. to provide an opportunity for the Association and the Employer to negotiate as to wages, benefits, and conditions of employment. This Agreement pertains to full- time employees within the bargaining unit.
PREAMBLE/PURPOSE. The purpose of the Working Agreement between the County and the Association is to promote and ensure a spirit of mutual confidence, cooperation, economy and efficiency of operation; to set forth the general policy of the County on personnel and procedures; and to establish rates of pay and conditions of work; as defined in this Agreement.
PREAMBLE/PURPOSE. Section 1.1 This agreement, entered into by the City of Cambridge, hereafter referred to as the “Employer,” and the Firefighters of Local 910, hereafter referred to as the “Union,” has as its purpose the following:
PREAMBLE/PURPOSE. This AGREEMENT made and entered into, by and between Compass Group Canada at London Health Sciences (“Employer”), and Workers United Canada Council (“Union”), is for the purpose of providing a clear and concise document by which the parties can equitably establish a relationship within the meaning of the Ontario Labour Relations Act as amended from time to time, and to provide machinery for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances to establish and maintain satisfactory working conditions, hours and wages for all employees who are subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
PREAMBLE/PURPOSE. Section 1.1. This Agreement, entered into by the City of Xxxxx Heights, Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer," and the Xxxxx Heights Firefighters Local 2926, International Association of Firefighters (OAPFF), AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the "Union," has as its purpose the following:
Section 1.2. In case of emergency declared by the President of the United States, the Governor of the State of Ohio, the Sheriff, City Manager, Mayor, City Council, or the Federal or State Legislature, such as acts of God or civil disorder, the following conditions of this Agreement may be temporarily suspended by the Employer:
A. Time limits for the processing of grievances; and
B. Selected work rules and/or agreements and practices relating to the assignment of employees.
Section 1.3. This Agreement supersedes and replaces all pertinent statutes, ordinances, resolutions, rules, and regulations over which it has authority to supersede and replace. Where this Agreement is silent, the provisions of applicable law shall prevail. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this Agreement to be contrary to any statute, such provision shall be of no further force and effect, but the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
PREAMBLE/PURPOSE. This Agreement is made and entered into by and between The City of Columbiana, hereafter referred to as the “City,” and Ohio Council 8 and Local #2761, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, hereafter referred to as the “Union.” The purpose of this Agreement is to provide an orderly collective bargaining relationship between the City and the Union of enabling employees covered by this Agreement to participate through union representation in the establishment of terms and conditions of their employment, to secure a prompt and fair disposition of grievances, and to establish a peaceful procedure for the resolution of all differences as to the terms of this Agreement between parties.
PREAMBLE/PURPOSE. SECTION 1.1. This Agreement, entered into by the Belmont County 911, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer", and the Fraternal Order of Police, Ohio Labor Council, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the "F.O.P. OHIO LABOR COUNCIL", has as its purpose the following: To comply with the requirements of Chapter 4117 of the Ohio Revised Code; and to set forth the full and complete understandings and agreement between the parties governing the wages, hours, terms and other conditions of employment, for those employees included in the bargaining units as defined herein.
SECTION 1.2. To provide a fair and reasonable method by which employees covered by this agreement can participate through their exclusive bargaining agent in the establishment of terms and conditions of their employment, to promote harmonious relationships, and to establish an orderly procedure for the resolution of differences between the Employer and the members of the bargaining unit.
PREAMBLE/PURPOSE. Section I.1. This Agreement, entered into by the City of Englewood, Ohio, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer," and the Englewood Firefighters Local, International Association of Firefighters (OAPFF), AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the "Union," in recognition of the common interest in public service to the citizens, has as its purpose the following: To comply with the requirements of Chapter 4117 of the Ohio Revised Code; to provide for the peaceful settlement of any differences which may arise between the parties; and to set forth the full and complete understandings and agreements between the parties governing the wages, hours, terms and other conditions of employment for those employees included in the bargaining unit as defined herein. The Employer and the Union agree that they shall work together in the interest of maintaining and improving efficiency in all City operations, the conservation of materials, supplies, and equipment, the improvement in quality of workmanship and service, and the correction of conditions making for grievances and misunderstandings.

Section 1.1: This Agreement is entered into by and between the City of Delphos, hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”, and the Ohio Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association, hereinafter referred in as the “Union”. It is the purpose of this Agreement to achieve and maintain harmonious relations between the Employer and the Union; to provide for equitable and peaceful adjustment of differences that may arise, and to establish proper standards of wages, hours, and conditions of employment for those employees included in the Bargaining Unit as defined herein.

This agreement is entered into and between the CITY OF DELPHOS, hereinafter referred to as the “Employer,” and LOCAL 686 DELPHOS PROFESSIONAL FIREFIGHTERS, hereinafter referred to as the “Union”. It is the purpose of this Agreement to achieve and maintain harmonious relations between the Employer and the Union; to provide for equitable and peaceful adjustment of differences that may arise, and to establish proper standards of wages, hours, and conditions of employment for those employees included in the bargaining unit as defined herein.
