Common use of Employment Monitoring Reports Clause in Contracts

Employment Monitoring Reports. The Provider shall complete the monthly Employment Monitoring Return template provided by the Executive (the “EMR”) indicating the number of staff employed by the Provider and submit the EMR to the Executive on the dates/within the periods as specified by the Executive. The EMR template will be provided by the Human Resource function of the Executive and should be returned to the Executive in accordance with instructions from the Executive.
