Employment Not Affected. Neither the granting of the Option nor its ----------------------- exercise shall be construed as granting Optionee any right with respect to continuance of employment by the Company or a Subsidiary. The right of the Company and Subsidiaries to terminate at will the Optionee's employment with it at any time (whether by dismissal, discharge, retirement or otherwise) is specifically reserved by the Company and acknowledged by Optionee.

Except as may otherwise be limited by a written agreement between the Employer and the Grantee, the right of the Employer to terminate at will the Grantee's employment with it at any time (whether by dismissal, discharge, retirement or otherwise) is specifically reserved by WGNB, as the Employer or on behalf of the Employer (whichever the case may be), and acknowledged by the Grantee.

Employment Not Affected. The granting of the Award shall not be construed to create an obligation on the part of the Corporation or its subsidiaries to continue Grantee's employment. Except as may otherwise be provided in a written agreement between Grantee and the Corporation (or its subsidiary), the Corporation and its subsidiaries specifically reserve the right to terminate at will, with or without cause, the Grantee's employment at any time (whether by dismissal, discharge, retirement or otherwise).

This grant of Phantom Units and DERs shall not confer upon the Participant any right to be retained by, or in the employ or service of, the Employer and shall not interfere in any way with the right of the Employer to terminate the Participant’s employment or service at any time. The right of the Employer to terminate at will the Participant’s employment or service at any time for any reason is specifically reserved.
Employment Not Affected. This Grant shall not be construed as giving the Participant the right to continued Employment. Further, the Company or an Affiliate may at any time dismiss the Participant from Employment, free from any liability or any claim, unless otherwise expressly provided in this Grant.

Except as may otherwise be limited by a written agreement between the Corporation or any subsidiary and the Grantee, the right of the Corporation or any parent or subsidiary to terminate at will the Grantee’s employment with it at any time (whether by dismissal, discharge, or otherwise) is specifically reserved and such right is acknowledged by the Grantee.
