Employment of Former Management Employees. Sponsor shall not assign any former management employee as a Sponsor representative to the School until at least one year has passed since separation from employment with management. Sponsor shall engage in good faith discussions with the School to address potential concerns in the event any former management employee would possibly serve as a Sponsor representative if and/or when such employment is more than one year from the time of the proposed service to the School as a Sponsor representative.
