Job Title and Duties Your job title will be Executive Vice President, Human Resources. You will be expected to devote all of your full time efforts to the performance of the duties and responsibilities normally associated with this position, including those from time-to-time that may be assigned to you by your Supervisor, the President, the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operating Officer or the Board of Directors of the Company (or the designee of any of the foregoing).
Title and Duties The Company will employ Executive, and Executive will be employed by the Company, as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), reporting to the CEO of the Company (“CEO”). Executive will have the responsibilities, duties and authority commensurate with said position.
Employment and Title The Company employs Employee, and Employee accepts such employment, as President of the Company, upon the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Employment and Duties (a) The Company hereby employs Executive as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. As such, Executive shall have responsibilities, duties and authority reasonably accorded to, expected of, and consistent with Executive's position as, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and will report directly to the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board"). Executive hereby accepts this employment upon the terms and conditions herein contained and, subject to paragraph 1(c), agrees to devote substantially all of his business time, attention and efforts to promote and further the business of the Company.
Employment, Position and Duties (a) The Company shall employ Executive and Executive hereby accepts employment with the Company, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for the Employment Period.
Term of Employment and Duties (a) The Bank hereby employs the Executive as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Bank, and the Executive hereby accepts said employment and agrees to render such services to the Bank on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be and remain in effect during the period beginning on the Effective Date of this Agreement and ending on the second anniversary of the Effective Date, plus such extensions, if any, as are provided pursuant to Section 2(b) hereof (the “Employment Period”).
Employment Terms and Duties 1.1 The Corporation hereby agrees to employ the Executive and the Executive agrees to provide services for the Corporation as its Executive Vice President, Operations. The Executive shall serve as and perform the duties of Executive Vice President, Operations of the Corporation during the Term (defined hereinafter) of this Agreement.
Acceptance and Term of Employment The Company agrees to employ Executive and Executive agrees to serve the Company on the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Term of Employment hereunder shall commence on the Effective Date and shall continue until terminated as provided in Section 8 hereof.
Retention and Duties (a) The Company hereby engages and employs Executive for the Period of Employment (as defined in Section 2) on the terms and conditions expressly set forth in this Agreement. Executive hereby accepts and agrees to such engagement and employment, on the terms and conditions expressly set forth in this Agreement.
