Employment; Position; Reporting Responsibilities. The Company agrees to employ the Executive, and the Executive agrees to be employed by the Company. The Executive shall be employed by the Company as its Chief Operating Officer (“COO”). The Executive shall report to the President and to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. As a full-time employee, the Executive shall devote all of his business time, attention, and energies to Company work; however, this provision shall not be construed as preventing the Executive from investing savings or other assets in such form or manner as will not require any services on the part of the Executive, nor shall it be construed as preventing the Executive from engaging in any charity or civic work approved by the Company.
