Common use of Employment Prohibitions Clause in Contracts

Employment Prohibitions. During the Restricted Period, neither Consultant nor Wonder shall directly or indirectly employ or retain the services of any individual who has previously been an employee, associate or consultant of the Company without the prior written consent of the Company’s CEO.
