Common use of Employment Reference Clause in Contracts

For purposes of inquiries from prospective employers, the Company agrees to provide neutral employment information such as Employee’s dates of employment, job title(s) and salary. All inquiries from prospective employers shall be directed to the Chief Human Resources Officer of the Company.
