Employment Relations. All conditions of employment relating to wages, hours of work, benefits, and working conditions which are mandatory subjects of bargaining not specifically mentioned in this agreement shall be maintained at the level in effect at the time of the signing of this agreement. Any disagreement between the Association and the Employer with respect to this section shall be subject to the grievance procedure.
