Common use of Employment Unaltered Clause in Contracts

Employment Unaltered. The Employee understands that this Agreement does not constitute a contract of employment and does not promise or imply that his or her employment will continue for any period of time. Unless otherwise agreed to under any employment or other agreement between the Employee and the Company whether executed prior to this Agreement or at any time hereafter, employment with the Company is “at will” and may be terminated either by the Employee or the Company at any time, for any or no reason, and with or without notice.
